How is this different to watching YouTube? +
Videos show you someone else's example. We work on yours, live, with someone to ask the moment you get stuck. You learn by doing, not watching.
Is this training for my team? +
This is for you, personally and privately, not a course for your team. Teams have their own options.
AI training for teams → Do I need to know where to start? +
No. Finding the right starting point is part of the first session. We start from your role and the decisions on your desk, not from the tools.
Do I need to know what questions to ask? +
No, and you'll learn that during the coaching. Knowing what to ask AI, and what to ask the people selling it to you, is an important skill.
How much AI experience do I need? +
None, or plenty. It doesn't matter, because the coaching is tailored to where you are.
What is the real benefit? +
Better decisions, made faster, and the confidence to lead on AI instead of being led by it. That compounds quarter on quarter, and travels with you and your career.
How do I choose someone to run AI training? +
Ask what they have built with it themselves, and whether your people will be working on their own real work or on a worked example. Training that runs on someone else's case study does not survive contact with Monday. Then ask when they last told a client AI was the wrong tool for the job, because someone who only ever says yes is selling, not advising.
